A Facilities Planning Assessment (FPA) will establish guidelines designed to ensure the districts school facilities are able to accommodate and support its current and future programs. The FPA provides a detailed building analysis, inventories, and pricing for construction prioritization. It will determine facility upgrades, repairs, modernization and/or new construction needs, and the available State modernization/new construction funding and the local financing options available to the district.
