A Facilities Master Plan provides a continuous basis for planning educational facilities that will meet the needs of a changing community and provide alternatives in allocating facility resources to achieve the District's goals and objectives. A Facilities Master Plan is an essential planning tool. It is intended to be a flexible planning document that will be  revised and updated periodically to serve as the framework for the construction of facilities and demographic shifts.
